As the lovely month of April comes to an end, injuries continue to mount in the NBA, but I doubt any of that will affect today's New York Knicks - Philadelphia 76ers game. The Knicks are looking like a team on a mission and they are back at home after stealing one in Philadelphia. The Villanova 2.0 squad will be ready to reprresnt the Garden tonight and will look to clear a path to the conference semis. I almost bet the -4.5 spread, but I figured it was far too important of a game to worry about final score covers. Instead I'm taking the Knicks moneyline and my man Jalen Brunson to go over 33.5 points tonight - especially following his 48-point masterpiece in game four. Brunson has only gone under this line in three of his last ten games. His assist numbers are through the roof. He is the greatest thing to happen to New York since the police stopped arresting weed dealers in Washington Square Park.

Meanwhile the Philadelphia 76ers always have Joel Embiid and his three-point numbers are pretty consistent before his last game. My guess is that he fires up a couple more more tonight and covers the 1.5 in what will be one of those nights in New York City when the streets are on fire. Look out Philly, stakes is high.

Finally, look for Dante DiVencenzo, who could open an Italian restaurant near Little Italy based on his playoff performance alone thus far, to go under 12.5 points scored tonight. He hasn’t been hitting this since Playoff Brunson got back to form, and I think he is being used as ore of a decoy in tonight’s game.
